our service technician Phillip Moon 10-10 is a quality asset for True Green in our opinion. Mr. Moon sprayed our trees and shrubs and they responded to the treatment quite well. We were sent another technician for a treatment and he was observed as "spraying wildly in the air" fighting a wind and the trees became covered with the small bugs again. We actually gave thought to changing to another service. Then as luck would have it, Phillip Moon was sent out again and he was observed actually spraying the chemical ON THE TREES and shrubs in a professional deliberate manner. We prefer Mr. Moon doing our trees and shrubs etc. from now on please. Thank you . We are customer #Phone number removed.

I like when the tech knocks on the door to let me know what treatment he is performing. And on completion he will have paper work on service and ask if any questions. Mr Steven Diamond explained the shrub and tree treatment he performed and what was the cause and what changes I should notice in near future.

Your lawn care specialist was very professional with the proper greetings of the day, and explain clearly the details regarding the treatment they just applied on my grass, and also explained about the next steps if the treatment have not given any proper results within the next ten days which they will come back for free to apply a stronger treatment.

You do a great job and the results are there. I did have more nutsedge this summer otherwise I would have given you a 10. I was not notified in advance about yesterday's service. Please make sure you notify me when you are going to do an application since I have a dog.

I was not satisfied with the result of my last service. A part of the grass in the backyard was dead. Something went wrong.

I called Nick P. came put on 09/20/18 to take a look.

He recognized the problem did what he could to try and fit it.

He was very courteous and explained to me what was going on in terms I
understood. I am satisfied with what he did.

Excellent service

On Aug 21 I was not home when Service was done. Then when William was back on Sept 5 I was here to answer the door. I was very happy I did. The notes on the last service I didn’t understand a few things. William J (5770) was my service tech. I found him pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took at least 20 min with me, answered all my questions and went over my front and back yard with me, showing different weeds mentioned in the notes and explained what I should and shouldn’t do. I am leasing the home and 6+ yrs at my last home I always had a problems and never had this kind of great service from a tech. Two days ago I was doing yard work and he was in the neighborhood and stopped for a few minutes to say hello and asked if I had any questions. I’m looking forward to William doing the service knowing he will be there if I need anything. Thank you so much William #5770, great service, this Customer appreciates you.

I've been a TruGreen customer for over 13 years, today I met the best service technician in the company. My back yard is a mess this season along with some weeds in the front which I discussed with customer service.

Nick P was sent out to rectify the situation and he did exactly what he needed to do to begin getting my back yard back in shape and keep me as a long time happy customer. And, also address the week situation.

He explained my duties in doing my part to make my back yard presentable again and I will do that part.

If there is any way possible I would appreciate Nick P being my service technician from now on. I hope someone will make this happen for me.
