Dylan Miller came by promptly to spray our lawn. Since this is our first service with TruGreen, I wasn't sure of their process. Dylan explained everything to me and even gave me a lawn analysis which I found very helpful. I was curious about some of the weeds that have sprouted on my lawn, and he showed his knowledge and expertise in informing me when I should expect the weeds to be gone.

Joshua my service tech is very attentive and thorough.
He notifies us when he gets to my house and lets us know when he is done.
He give us a summary of his what he's done and that state of our yard.
He gets here when he is scheduled to, always knocks on the front door to let us know he is here and sprays the whole yard never cutting corners. He is also knowledgeable.

Our yard was in terrible from years of not knowing how to care for it properly. Mr. Ramtin Jafari came out and applied the first treatment and explained what the plan that Trugreen has to get our yard back in shape. Mr. Jafari is a very nice and professional man and I feel like he went above and beyond to take the time to explain to me of what to expect. He made it easy to understand what to expect and "I" don't have to do a thing! I love it. The pricing is more than reasonable and would definitely recommend TRUGREEN to my friends. In fact, TRUGREEN was recommended to me by my neighbor. He has the prettiest yard in the neighborhood.
