He has a positive attitude and before I could tell him what's bugging me a little about my yard - he already knew. He knew exactly what I wanted and I actually watched him out the window to see if his excellent interaction with me would actually match the job he did on the front, back and side yard. They did match! His professional interaction with me directly matched the actual work he did on the yard! A+++ for Freddie. The one thing I like about TruGreen is that they seem to know what to do to treat my lawn. What I do not like is that I never know when they are coming. I see a sign in my yard and a bill posting to my account. Also, I hope the same person is treating my lawn so that he can know about my lawn.
I like the fact that our technicians, Tyrone Billups and Levy Ashe, are friendly and they know all of the properties in which they are treating. They perform the services quickly and completely

so far so good this year. Last 2 years started great then had weed problems but regional manager came and visited and straightened things out. Last year, during a frustrating time when I almost cancelled, someone accidently closed my account and that made it worse.
The biggest feedback I have is to improve the customer's request all the way to the instructions on the ticket for the driver. For example, I called about a weed problem, and the ticket when the driver left said he put out more fertilizer just a few days after fertilizer was already applied. The end result was browned grass due to over fertilizer and the weeds flourished and the yard looked horrible. Similar situations have occurred when calling customer service and the end result was the wrong remedy.
The drivers are like robots and follow the ticket. They are not trained well. They should be able to tell what to do or not to do by looking at the yard. So if the grass is browned or has a disease, they should not just do what the ticket says like apply fertilizer but maybe consult first or call in to have a different service applied later. I know the home owner has responsibility too but I follow every recommendation on the ticket as well.

Communicating with customer with phone call of expected service. The knock on the door to let customer know you are on the property. It's helpful to be able to talk with service professionals about your lawn while it is being treated. Yesterday Terrence took the time to look at my problem areas. That's great customer service!
I'm confining my remarks to the aeration service performed today. Ian Richardson did a great job and exhibited excellent customer relation skills. I had had some sod placed in back late last year and didn't want it aerated. He walked me over our lawns to make sure he understood what areas were to be done. He did the job quickly and thoroughly. He is an asset to your organization! Very pleased with the service.

What I like about the services is the knowledge and the great products TruGreen uses in my lawn.
