I like the services but I would like to be called in advance so my grass could be cut. Friday was the day my grass was cut and I didn't know tru green was coming. So I don't know if the treatment was effective.

Jennifer is a steadily scheduled service tech. She knows what she is doing and she knows my property, where various treatments are needed around the pond, along the woods, in front of the house, etc. The lawn is looking good.
I called and asked to have my trugreen complete application done every 4 weeks. (It was 6 weeks from 1st service to 2nd). Trugreen happily complied.

So far it's a little early to comment on how well the lawn is doing. I know I need to give it some time before I see expected results. But what I see so far it looks like it's going according to plan. The reason for my rating of 10 has to do with Devin Dorogy, your Specialist. I talked to him about my lawn after he had spayed today. He gave me his attention and at no time did I feel like he needed to rush away. Devin's explanations were knowledgable and sensible and he answered all my questions in a way that I was able to understand.. It's important to put a good face on Trugreen; and Devin Dorogy represents your company very well.
