After a minor issue in the beginning of the year, I have been very pleased. Customer service was excellent and the lawn technicians have been great and very knowledgeable.
Our technician is committed to making our lawn the best it can be. We had a tech in the past who didn't do a good job and didn't use tru-green for a few years. You called us and wanted us back and we took a chance and are glad we did. Jeffrey Moore is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He always knocks on the door to ask if we are satisfied and explains what he is doing. This is the best our lawn has looked!

I like the communication that I have with TruGreen. I feel like I have control over what I want to happen with my services. I can control the services and when they happen. Since we are senior citizens I have to control our monthly expenses.
Their service people are very courteous, and they do an excellent job. We have had them come out and spray for stubborn weeds, and it was quick and effective. I also like how polite and prompt the customer service is. Our lawn looks great!

I really like TruGreen's service specialist Jeff Moore. He is a very friendly person and he is very receptive to my questions and comments. I also appreciate the service statement that is provided after servicing which clearly explains what work was done and what can be expected as a result of the work. It also provides recommendations as to what the customer should do to enhance the results.
so far this had been a pretty good year for my yard. Hopefully this will continue to be the case as the summer progresses.
