You always do what you say you will do and you do it correctly the first time. You applicator's seemed to keep track of what needs extra attention and you provide the necessary treatment.

I like that you let me know ahead of time when the tech will be here, the tech does show up as scheduled weather permitting and leaves a sign that he was here. I have not had any pest problems since you have been spraying my trees. Best of all I'm happy your prices have been tremendously reduced this past season compared to previous years.

The results. The only negative I can think of is sometimes the guys appear to miss some areas and spray on non- areas such as the storage shed or driveway.
