Arrive on date promised
One item to address is to report on lawn areas with obvious problems. I have an area near our patio and next to neighbors yard that looks whitish not green? Dog urine? Pool chemical drainage? Insect damage?
Reps are professional and friendly, offering advice when asked. We appreciate the texts letting us know when reps will arrive and when they are finished.
After 2 applications my lawn had improved 200 %. Unfortunately the drought killed most of my grass. I am hoping that my grass will come back soon💦💦.

Actually I have a complaint about billing. There was an application done a few weeks ago, and, once again, I have yet to receive a bill. I’ll only pay if you send a bill. I’m tired of having to call.
I would like to hear at least one day in advance of scheduled treatments from your office.

Lawn looks great. You just show up and do it, I do not have to interact with you. Someone asked me the other day who did our lawn and I told them TruGreen. They were obviously impressed by the appearance.
I would prefer one annual billing, rather than monthly.
Your software in this feedback would not accept the Service Line GRUB, which you provided, so I had to select LAWN.
