Well i got my grass back just like you guys promise me. Every service was on time and i did not have to take off work to be there.there is some spots that needs work but we had hot summer . Price for service was good just like they said so no extra fees or extra charge.

I received an email that insect control was performed (separately) on July 23, 2019. I never received a lawn marker or a receipt, and then I was billed separately for a service that I was always included with my prepaid annual plan. As a TruGreen customer for 22 years, I am not even certain that this service took place (no one spoke with me as was noted on the online service record, and why am I being billed for this insect control? well you finally have this system working great, with calls and text ahead of service. Robert Zavada is great to work with. Would love to have him as our only service person.
Services are timely and they are very accomodating when a change in schedule is necessary. This is my first year but the treatments seem to be working so far. Very happy with company's management and customer service.

My lawn looks so much better than before. I would like to request that Timothy A be my regular service technician. If he is not available on my scheduled service day I would request you change my date to a date he is available. He is the only tech who makes a difference when working on my lawn.
