Two Comments:
1: I was a strong supporter of Scott's but after the change to TruGreen I couldn't be happier. The technician service and support to issues have been fantastic - keep up the awesome work. What has really impressed me is the time the technician would spend extra time talking with me when I have a question or concern; in return, giving me great knowledgeable detailed helpful responses.
2: I have asked a few time now to update my beginning service year that displays 2010 on my account which doesn't represent when I first started with Scott's. I have asked for it to be changed to 2000 even though my service began in the later 90's. I am proud to be part of your program (Scott's & TruGreen) and am requesting this to be resolved. I have been told this would "not" be a problem. I figure you'd want to make this change being I am loyal customer for the past "17+" years...
