I’m pleased with the results of the services.
A week ago, we had a problem with or lawn. When our August application was put on our lawn, for some reason or another, it burnt parts of our lawn all over. I contacted TruGreen and was told a specialist would be out on 09/07/23 to look at the lawn. Then the date changed to 09/08/23. the person that checked our lawn on the 8th, was there to put an application on my neighbor's lawn. The specialist said, after checking our lawn, that it was caused by bugs. I then contacted TruGreen again and had an appointment for the 12th, for a specialist to come out and on the 12th after waiting, we received a call that the specialist would be out on the 13th. Well, I was pretty upset, because that was a waste of part of my day. On the 13th, Specialist James Wallace came and after he checked the lawn, he told us that he was going to put an application down to help the lawn with the burnt spots. He explained everything he was going to do. He was very polite and respectful and handled our problem very efficiently. We were going to cancel our contract with TruGreen, because we thought we were getting the run around. Since Mr. Wallace explained everything to us, we decided to wait and see how,
the lawn will do. We have high respect for Mr. Wallace on the way he handled our problem.

I get this service for my Mother and she has the best looking lawn on the street
We have sprinklers that are used to keep the deer away from the garden. We usually turn them off when the technician comes to service the property, however the servicing on the last application was done at 8:00 am, and the technician attempted to turn them to point the water flow away from where he was working, and did not let us know. I realized this the next day when I was working in the garden. Fortunately the deer did not "discover" this in time, and I was able to correct them. IN FUTURE PLEASE HAVE THE TECHNICAIN KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND ASK US TO TURN THE SPRINKLERS OFF, NO MATTER WHAT THE TIME OF DAY MAY BE.

I like our service tech, Ricky, because without him you would be just another “lawn” company. He is a tremendous asset to TruGreen, always looking to please and do a thorough and above all professional job. And, no, he did not pay me to say this!!!

If there is a problem with lawn it will be addressed and taken care of, very satisfied with way lawn is taken care of.
Many of my neighbors and admire my lawn and switched to Tru Green.
I like the personal contact attempts but every year we have weeds and a yellowish color. Every year I am told to cut at the right height ( I cut at 3 1/4” ). I water every other day for 30 minutes per zone. I want the greenest, healthiest lawn in the neighborhood.
