Dalton Wrage did the physical delivery and was easy to work with. As we had to take donations in the same place as the delivery it required him to run the vehicle around and wait for us to clear out space and he was easy to work with the entire time.

Fixed our weed problem
After some difficulties in quality of products being used by TruGreen, it seems that we are on the way in correction of the non-conforming issues. The Staff of TruGreen seems to be finally understanding that my intentions, and I am sure others who expressed their opinions, were to help and not to just complain.
The greatest asset in Your Company are the Service Technicians who are TruGreens representatives in the field and "listening" to the information and feedback They bring back from the Field. I am pleased that seems to be happening and will go a long way to the continuation of our loyalty as a Customer

The staff is all very friendly and offer advice on what to do to keep my yard looking nice.
Timely scheduled; I do not have to warry about it, it just happens.
I get left with a written report of what was completed that service day.
Now and then I may get to see the technician (to no fault of them) and they take the time to tell me what they are there for.
I get notified prior to the service, although I may not pay attention to all of the notices, but it gives me the opportunity to prepare the lawn for the service if/when applicable.
My lawn looks green.

WE had some confusion in the beginning because of so much rain and the treatment not taking, but the reason we really stuck with Trugreen is because of our service tech. He was so great. His name in Micah and he is really good with customers.

My opinion of TruGreen has changed dramatically with the addition of our Area Technical Authority and Expert. Since the addition of our Resident Expert, our lawn has taken a dynamic change for the better. My hope is that the Quality of the Service being provided by TruGreen will continue on this course of improvement.
