The lawn specialist always lets us know they are performing the service and also an up-date on the lawn after each treatment.
You don't take my comments to heart! I have asked for the same person to do my lawn each time and I have had someone different each time. You don't listen to your customers!
When TruGreen is made aware of a problem, they take action to correct it.
We appreciate the service call the day before TruGreen comes out. It's nice to be able to plan our out door activities knowing when we have to stay off the lawn. Our service tech Mitchell is friendly and answers any of our concerns. We have a thick lush beautiful lawn thanks to TruGreen!.

Effective treatments, our lawn has never looked this great. The service professionals are friendly and accommodating.
Schedules are almost always kept and notices via telephone at least one day in advance. Having the same tech perform the treatments is a plus. You also offer other related services that at times we do utilize. Your sales team is always in touch looking for opportunities, and is not done in a badgering or pushy manner.
We were impressed with the salesperson he answered our concerns with our lawn and we are confident it will improve.
When ever they come here they are done in just a few minutes. I think they could spend a few more minutes spreading what ever they put on. People are friendly.
