Seemed like we got to a fair price. Definitely feel like my lawn is in better shape than the ones around mine. I also appreciated that we got a bit of consultation when our lawn was starting to dry up a bit.
We have four applications per year, and are satisfied with this schedule. TruGreen comes at appropriate timing.
We are unhappy that they do not keep records of what we told them. We planted new grass seed late under several trees last fall, and it came up well this spring. We asked the worker to avoid those areas when applying crabgrass preventer, he did so, and the grass did well. That message was not transferred to the next worker who came. After that visit, most of the new grass died. Now we get to start over this fall.
my grass definitly looks better than my neighbors grass and they are also using a lawn service. Brian Davis (#5991) does a great job explaining each reatment. Hang on to him, you do not want to loose him.
Our Specialist Austin Steffens was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt good about the job that was done with aeration and overseeing. I felt confident that I had the knowledge from Austins's answers to properly take care of the new seed. All of the specialist have been good and so far we are very happy with the results!
The timely applications. Every time I think I haven't had an application lately, I get the reminder that an application is scheduled.
You provide a single source for lawn care
The lawn specialist always lets us know they are performing the service and also an up-date on the lawn after each treatment.
You don't take my comments to heart! I have asked for the same person to do my lawn each time and I have had someone different each time. You don't listen to your customers!
When TruGreen is made aware of a problem, they take action to correct it.
We appreciate the service call the day before TruGreen comes out. It's nice to be able to plan our out door activities knowing when we have to stay off the lawn. Our service tech Mitchell is friendly and answers any of our concerns. We have a thick lush beautiful lawn thanks to TruGreen!.
