I'm usually not here when the techs arrive. So it was a pleasure to meet and speak with Korrey S. He was very personable and pleasant. Can we request to be assigned to Korrey? We never get the same tech, so they don't get to know our yard and the issues that we have or our problem areas. In the past, we've had to put notes taped to our mailbox, hoping the tech, assigned to us that day, will see it. Or we try to catch them and have to reiterate our problem areas, because they don't know our yard. We've had to have multiple retreatments, because the tech missed applying weed killer to problem weedy areas or bullheads/stickers/sandburrs...whatever you want to call them. If we could have the same tech each time, that would be fantastic and I really liked Korrey's attention to detail.

Always come on time and very thoroughly explain all applications. Well priced, too.

Always inform you prior to arrival always very professional respective of property and very diligent when spray or applying fertilizers. Will inform you of any problem areas and how to treat them.

Always come for treatments, weather permitting. If an extra application needed especially for weeds, just call and they will be there within a few days. An annual contract is good for me. You are on the schedule as it is time during the season.

They don’t mind answering questions! If pre-paying for the season, I receive a discount on the first application. We are on a fixed income and not in good health so it helps when our yard is not a worry. Thank You so much

For one I like the way the workers handle themselves. They are ready to answer my questions about what they are spraying. They do their jobs with professionalism.
