The weed control has been great. My only comment is that my property is gated and someone has to be here to open the gates. We never know when they are coming to do the treatments. Fortunately someone has been here each time they have shown up. It would be better for us and for your applicator if we got a heads up as to when they are planning a treatment. The thing I like most about your service is Joshua Lopez. He is an amazing representative of your company. We have a neighborhood subdivision which Joshua runs. Initially, I had a few problems with TruGreen and wondered if I had made the right selection. Some of my neighbors reminded me Joshua was our representative. Once I contacted Joshua, the issues stopped. He seems to take great pride in your company and he shares his passion for your company with the service he seeks to offer the customer. He is a truly solid employee and asset for your company. I hope this results in his promotion but I hope if that happens, we get another "Joshua" to fill his shoes.
