The young man is very polite and with a couple of exceptions has made sure to say hello and answer any questions. I think this is very important so I know what he is doing and what I can do. Our yard is looking better already. I am sure it will look even better as time goes on.

You call ahead of time and state exactly what the treatment will be and the date and time of the service. Wen completed, the service tech left notification that the service was performed. All the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and always treated me with respect. That is an unknown action for most of the companies in today's markets. The way they run their business is exceptional.

You got rid of my weeds

seems effective. Weeds in front are under control but the back yard not so much. It looks like they pay more attention to the front. Fertilizer does not seem to be that good but we have not had much rain.

Please schedule an appointment to take care of this, as my gate has finally been repaired. Please ask the technician to call me prior to his/her arrival so that I have time to tether my dogs.
