Danny Morton has gone above and beyond to help us with our lawn issues. We previously were a Scotts customer and were transitioned to TruGreen when the buyout occurred. Somehow we fell through the cracks and lost most of our yard last year, mainly do to fungus. As a result we spent over $5,000 replacing most of the St. Augustine in our yard in April. We blamed both Scotts and TruGreen for our lawn issues as we had spent a great deal of money with Scotts/TruGreen over the years to have a yard we could be proud of. After Danny came out to address our complaints in December, he agreed to provide some free treatments and personally work with us. He has made several trips to ensure that our new lawn does not experience the same issues as bestowed the old lawn. We are grateful that you have Danny Morton as your employee and one of your managers. We expect to remain a TruGreen customer for many years going forward.
