I just wanted to give kudos to Eddie P, the tech that came out and did our service today. It was the end of the day, but he took the time to answer my questions. I haven't had a lawn in a long time but he answered my questions with great patience and in a way that was easy for a novice like me to understand. He even gave me some suggestions on watering. I just wanted to say thank you and that I appreciate the job he did today.
Your text message regarding our service should include the estimated time as well as the date. The whole thing is generated by software, and it isn't any harder to add the estimated time than it is to indicate the date. I refuse to use your link because I don't want your cookie on my phone just for a service call. Seriously!! And while we're at it, you could/should include the estimated time on the website.

James worked with me and allowed me to determine what I wanted done with the services offered by TruGreen. My first application was (in my opinion) not done in a very well manner. I called James to see if he could arrange a "second" application. He made it happen. The employee "Jonathan" that came out and completed he second spraying for weeds and fertilizer did a GREAT job and explained to me that I needed to water the application in. The first employee did not speak to me at all. I would like if possible is to have Jonathan do all my services at my house . . . He was awesome!
