Your honesty. For years my husband Don used your services, and I could not tell what you did. When his health began to fail, I canceled the service. Then my pipes burst and flooded the lawn and killed the St. Augustine grass. After repairing the plumbing and letting the lawn rest last year, a ton of weeds grew back where the grass had been. I appreciate your attention to getting the lawn back.
David Donaldson contacted me today so I knew when he was on the property and servicing the lawn. David and other TruGreen staff are very kind and answer our questions very understandably.

We are extremely pleased with the excellent service we get from our preferred technician Jevante.
Coverage is greatly improved, thank you. I know the square footage has decreased by adding the parking pad in the back yard. I know they're doing their best to avoid the trailer and other adult toys back there.
But, I noticed that the small triangle of the lot in the far NE corner outside the fence, where the gas meter is, is not getting treatments. Could you please make sure the length of the alley I am responsible for is being treated. Thanks.
