Communication on the services. Punctuality.
I like the advanced notice via emails and text of upcoming services. The capability to track the technician's progress to my house is useful as I can be present to ask questions about my lawn's care and maintenance. Technicians are usually good about ringing the bell and leaving info and advice on lawn, trees, and shrubs care.
Have used for over 45 years… back when it was Chemlawn.

A little disappointed so far this year. My front yard has very little grass coming in and has mostly Johnson grass weeds. Can you send someone out to take a look. I spent 3 hours yesterday pulling weeds and didn't even get 1/3 done.
Service personnel are good and always on time.
The lawn is green (or will be soon), thick and weed free. What's not to like?? And Jose Ramirez, a very personable and well spoken young man checks in every time he does a service.

The service personnel are pleasant and respond promptly to any questions I might have on their service day.
The printout of the particular service I receive is very detailed as I am not sure sometimes when I get their call notification of service exactly who or what is being done. However as previously stated the printout explains everything.
Wyatt Mills serviced my yard today. We had a good conversation about what he was putting on the grass, why, and what I needed to do to follow up to ensure the best results. He gave some pointers on maintaining my two different types of grass, and said he would adjust the fertilizer as appropriate to compensate for the fact that I have two types of grass. A quick post-application walk around my property showed that he "did what he said' and "said what he did". More people in this world need to have the honesty, dedication, and attention to detail that Wyatt has. I'd definitely recommend him to others.
