Service is great. However the service tech left the gate to the back yard open and horses got into the back Yard.

Robert W came to do the followup service and I happened to be home when he arrived. I told him about the weeds still being there, it had been 9 days since my 1st treatment TruGreen for weed control. He took time to explain to me that it usually takes longer, particularly given that I had not put down a pre-emergent this year.
He was very helpful in walking me through the process as I am a new customer, and I appreciate him taking time to explain your services. He did not re-treat the lawn but made sure I understood that you all stand behind your service and will come back out if needed before my next regularly scheduled appt.
