Notifications of when service is to be performed and updates when tech is in route. Thorough and consistent application of fertilizer and chemicals at the right times of the year. Except for the occasional winter rye and nutsedge, my yard is weed free.

I don't have to worry about fertilizing my lawn, it's done at the appropriate times with the appropriate fertilizer.
I like the lawn treatment but not the mosquito. Terminix does a more thorough job at a more affordable rate. Also, mosquito auto renewed when I was told it wouldn’t. I didn’t find out until they can and did a treatment. The cost was voided and service stopped. But, my bushes and tree have a white residue on them that hasn’t washed away with 2 big storms that have come through.

When we moved here a year ago, the lawn looked terrible. It took several months before I saw much change, but at the present time it is so pretty. The difference seems to be the person treating the lawn. I have started talking with them and they are taking pride in their work. This is a hard, hot, job and I appreciate their willingness to work. I hope the company rewards the employees accordingly.
