Customer service is great
I have been a customer for 9+ years and the services are professional, and the technicians are courteous and answers your questions. The grass appears to have improved and is green even in the winter months.
Today was my first experience with TruGreen. I was delighted to see when I signed up I did not have to wait a long time for an appointment. I was not given an appointment time just a date, so much to my surprise I was shocked to see a text at 6:35 am on my day of service from my TruGreen Specialist, saying he was on his way. He arrived promptly at 7:57 am, his scheduled time. Melbin, the TruGreen specialist, was very courteous and explained the services he would be performing. After treating my lawn he left a lawn assessment showing how TruGreen tailors a treatment program to address the unique needs of my lawn. I am excited about the journey and I can not wait to see the end results.

Please have the service tech for lawn to spray along the side areas, there are weeds growing on the street side of Shadaway, also the back yard the crabgrass is taking over this has been an on going problem, I have asked in the past, what is TruGreen going to do about it. I set photos of the area this past summer.

The gentlemen that came out the first two times to spray our yard were very friendly and professional. They made sure that we knew they were here and did a great job of explaining just exactly what they were doing. We've been very happy with the service so far.

Customer service is local and receptive to our concerns or requests. IlNormally, I don't see the agent when they come to our home. But this last visit, I did. Melbin was kind and very professional. He shared what he was going to do, inquired about any loose animals, and lastly asked was there anything I needed to know. I was pretty impressed with his demeanor. Good job Melbin!

Your service is great. The only complaint I have is crab grass eradication. I am still pulling them out by hand.

My yard, bushes and trees have never looked better. All are doing great and no weeds. I did the mosquito treatment last summer and I never had any of the pesky mosquitos all year. I will definitely be doing that again. TruGreen took over the yard area first and I saw a great improvement then I started the tree and bushes and I am saving so much time and money letting them do the treatments.

Who ever the guy was the showed up, went over and beyond anything I have seen before. To bad, the odds of ever seeing him again is almost zero. He sprayed everything, and I mean everything thoroughly. I was most impressed with him. Not rushing, took the time and was careful...
