My service specialist Adam has been great. He takes the time to explain things to me and has done an excellent job!
I just started using TruGreen about two months ago but hopefully I will see good results in the next few months. I do have questions for the specialist 732- Tamir Saliman
1) He recommended that I plant zoysia plugs on the bare areas of my yard. When is the best time to do this?
2) When I started the service I requested that a soil sample be taken to check the ph. When will this be done?
Jason Coleman does a great job and gets a 10 for his efforts.
However, with all the rain recently, weeds are still out of control and a Lime application is needed.
I talked with Hilary today and she ordered a free 10 re-treat to take care of these issues.
Thank you so much for your services as well as the free one.

Doug Reeves serviced tree & shrubs. I want to compliment him on his professionalism with the visit with me and preforming service. He was able to answer questions I had with sound advice for the rest of this season pertaining to my lawn and trees & shrubs. It's employees like Doug that make you who you are.

Always courteous people and lawn is looking wonderful. Adam is usually the person servicing our lawn and he is a great guy.
The people are very people orientated, helpful and kind. AS for the equipment, It is terrible. This is the second aeration and it looks like my ground was tilled in some areas and like nothing was done in others. I did my reasearch on aeration and it usually will have plugs that will work its way back in but many nutrients get to roots also. I never seen one plug. just some dirt kicked up in some places and none in others. Then in a day or 2 the lawn looks as if you did nothing. little dirt that was kicked up is back in holes. I am going to HOmedepot and rent a machine. If I am charged for any aeration I am leaving. As for my monthly service wiht Kendrick. That is great. I give a 10 10 10. for Him. I actually see the grass start to spread roots in 2 months. Wow. Only problem with that is I feel your weed control chemical is weak. The best thing Tru has going for itself is the people.
Service Techs give me the results I want year after year!
The last two technicians have been excellent. Joshua Parker treated my shrubs and did an excellent job. He was followed by Douglas Reeves who completed a lawn treatment including fungicide. His work was also excellent, very professional and competent.
I was ready to drop TruGreen. The first technicians who accomplished lawn services were polite but professionally lacking. They missed large areas and couldn't identify problems.
I hope you'll pass my compliments along to Mr. Parker and Mr. Reeves. They've convinced me to stay with TruGreen. I sure hope they're the technicians who service my lawn in the future. Sincerely, Name removed

Just received my latest TruGreen service yesterday and the specialist David Allen did an outstanding job. We chatted for a good 10 minutes about the problem areas in my yard and he offered a comprehensive plan to fix all of them over time. It is great having the same specialist treat my lawn as we can communicate much better. I am very happy with my TruGreen Service.
Adam is the tech that I prefer to service my lawn. He does things right and smartly. He always knocks to let us know he is present, and stops to talk and give recommendations as to better care for our lawn. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of lawn care, recommending different procedures for changing seasons. 100% satisfied with Adam.
