We are reading a lot on Facebook from neighbors in Riverstone Subdivision, Lakeland Fl
People are complaining about constant upsells, the lawn still filled with weeds, and looking extremely dead after dealing with Tru Green. I hope this is not the case with us as I am putting more faith in TruGreen despite the service I had when I lived in Cheval years ago. I really do not mind paying for service, but, I do have severe problems when the service turns into a scam. As I am in the Automotive Sales business, I know what reviews do to a company, and I don't mind writing good ones. Let's just make this a good one.

The service I receive from TruGreen has been good.
It amazes me that your technician repeatedly fails to kill weeds that are clearly visible.
Technician was prompt, courteous, and polite. He explained the various things he was going to do for the different trees and shrubs for my first tree and shrub service, and was very knowledgable. This is my first time using TruGreen, and my first experience with their service, and I am very happy. Excited to see the results.
