The specialist, Shannon Skeans, was very courteous and thoroughly explained the treatment he was applying on Jan. 12. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and asked if I had any concerns with my lawn or shrubs. I pointed out that there was some mold on my shrubs. He said he would take care of that problem.

We changed our lawn care service to TruGreen several years ago because we were not happy with the company we had been using for over 15 years. They had allowed our lawn to be overrun with sedge weed and other weeds and we had spots that were severe. TruGreen promised to rid the yard of sedge and increase the growth of our St.Augustine. It has been a struggle but TruGreen continues to try to rectify this issue and provides various products.. Most of the lawn has responded to treatments with the exception of an area in front and they are working diligently to accomplish this task. In the meantime they have seeded with rye grass to give the lawn a better appearance.

When I call with a problem, someone takes care of my issue promptly. The personnel is polite, knowledgeable and if he doesn't have the answer he researches and gets back to me.
TruGreen lawn specialist (Ethan) was very professional, he went as far as to ask if I wanted my shrubs looked at has he noticed some bug infestation. I announced himself as well as letting me know when he was done. He took care to ask if I had a pet and provided information on post lawn treatment application.

Sevice tech - Alvin Travis took care of multiple issues that were overlooked earlier in the day by Joshua Dellinger. When I spoke to Josh he indicated no issues even after I persisted. Alvin discovered and treated the lawn for fungus. Based on the response time from when I called last week I will probably loose part of my lawn and it would have gotten worse if Alvin had not recognized the issue. Service tech always asks questions and provides suggestions to improve lawn conditions. Any concerns are addressed. This has not always been the case with other (not to be named) lawn care companies used in the past.
