I was advised in plenty of time that someone was coming out. The service tech, Robert Linke did a good job of advising me of what was done, as I wasn't home at the time. It was so good to know what was done.
The lawn looks better already just after the first treatment.

I meet Will D. the lawn care specialist for the first time on 2.28.2019 while he was treating my lawn, I don't know him well yet but I was impressed with his report for my first treatment and his knowledge of what needs to be done in order to get my lawn looking great. I also like the fact that he was at my home first thing in the morning. I am looking forward to seeing my lawn getting healthier and fuller for this coming year. I would also like to say Thank you to Steve the Manager who I first meet a few days earlier and who took the time to sit down and explain everything that TruGreen offers and their goals to make me a satisfied customer and he showed up that afternoon of my first treatment to see if everything was done and if I was satisfied so for. That means a lot to me, it lets me know their about action and not words.
