We just started with TruGreen's tree and shrub service and was very pleased with our specialist, Ken Erwin. Ken appears to be extremely knowledgeable. He brought to our attention a number of issues going on with some of our shrubs and explained how he was going to treat those issues and what we could expect.

When you send out a text saying your going to be there a certain time, IE 0Phone number removed stop changing it or don't send out a text until your on the way? it changed over tow hrs again. it does that every time you guys come. But I am very happy with the new driver Julio Hernadez-Andron

Cody S has been giving us excellent service since he began maintaining our lawn. He is very thorough and always explains what is being applied that day and what it's purpose is. He always brings to our attention any areas that may need help, asks if we have any questions, and reminds us that Trugreen will come out more often to address any issues at no additional cost to us. You need more employees like him!

we had a service today on 3-14-2019, but we were not notified that you were coming and we did not meet with Anthony although he always does a goo job. but we need to be notified before you arrive.
I also noticed that there were a lot of big weeds inside our fence to the right of the home while you face the home. Apparently that was not treated?
