We had Jameel T. Service our lawn. I met him personally and Jameel is a very polite and informative tech. I had an opportunity to watch him apply spray fertilizer and weed control to the property..... one thing I can say is that he was very precise with his application, as others in the past .....not so much. When calling in to express concerns regarding bug infestation or some lawn damage, your team is ready to send out for a service call. Usually no extra charge if my paid for service has just been performed, which is my current situation.
Your reps that came to our house both day's were great. they explained everything to us and the lawn looks great.

TruGreen's products are proving to be effective in beautifying my Bahia lawn.
We were considering re-sodding next spring, but I can now say happily, that after 6 months of their service, that major expense is looking less and less likely.
TruGreen provided service for our Blue Grass/Fesue lawn in KS for 15 years and it's remarkable how consistent they are across state lines and in treating different types of grasses.
We also appreciate the advanced text notifications of upcoming service visits and Anthony, our Service Tech is very courteous, professional and prepared to answer all our questions.
Your employees are friendly. It is easy to communicate with your answering service. They are also friendly and process any requests in a quality manner. My lawn looks as good as it could for Florida conditions. I have had other services and did not feel as comfortable with them. I have been with TruGreen for about 6 years and I am satisfied. Hope they can keep it up.
