I like the fact that my service guy Brent shows up every month and treats my lawn for whatever it needs. When I have questions or concerns about spots, I'm usually not home to talk to him about it but he always checks and notices anything wrong and does what needs to be done then he leaves me a note telling me that he saw the problem and what he did to fix it. This makes me feel confident in Brents abilities to not just show up and treat my lawn but he takes care of it without me having to ask or point it out to him.
