Dependable. Lawn looks great
For the most part, the lawn appears better, except for the front yard which is hopelessly changing to Bermuda from Floratam. Service is consistently similar from month to month, I am called the day or so prior to yard service allowing me opportunity to adjust watering for the lawn's benefit.
There is some value to the service I receive.
services are very good but billing procedures are inadequate. i had to stop shrub and tree applications due to multiple billings coinciding with lawn service

Andy has been our service m an for years. He always does a thorough job, and our lawn looks as good as one could hope for on poor soil.

I've used their lawn service for many years with very good results. Not so much for the tree and shrub service.

I want my lawn service man to KNOCK loudly on my door. (I am hard of hearing).I wanted to discuss the weeds which need to be resprayed and also about when, how many sod plugs and so on I want to him to put in this year. But I miss him every single time and it is getting to the hottest time of the year when it will be too late to do any lawn plugs. I am very irritated because I wanted my lawn plugged and I told you all last month that I wanted to TALK to the yard man about where I want them. It is now too late because I am having surgery on May 2nd and WON'T BE PHYSICALLY ABLE to water any newly placed lawn plugs. LAST MONTH or THIS WAS THE MONTH THAT I NEEDED THAT DONE and it is too LATE NOW with only 2 weeks until my surgery. VERY ANGRY!!!!
