Technician Curtis is always pleasant, makes sure I hear the ring to let me know he is here. He also said he will take a picture of my Pigmy Palms so he can show them to his Boss, all the spraying he does , it does not help, even the new groat already shows a problem. He knows I do not want to loose them. Three other Palms on the other side of the Yard I have already lost, I know Curtis wants to help but what ever has been given him to treat them does not work.
