My service tech is always polite and explains to me what my law needs are and what I need to do. He also always makes sure my gate is closed and the board is in place to cover the holes so my small dog doesn't escape when I let him out.

Omar returned today for a follow up (no charge) service of my lawn. Even though the weed problem was very small Omar was willing to take care of it to make me happy. We walked through the entire yard. He listened to my concerns and replied with experienced advice. And he did it all with a friendly smile.
