Your service is very reliable and I always know in advance what to expect from a visit. If you continue to perform as in the past, you will remain on my list for a long time. I have lived here for nine years and changing to your service was the best move I have made, I am now into my second year with you and you have not varied yet from what is promised. Also, if I want to talk about a service performed, the individual will come out and make a personal appearance and show me trouble spots or good spots.
