What do you like about our services?

Matt just provided my service. I was watching him on my camera. The guy skipped 80% of my yard. After waiting several minutes for him to finish I went to his truck to see what was going on. The dude was asleep behind the wheel of his idling van. I questioned him about skipping most of my yard. He apologized again and again making up excuses. He did finish. I am canceling my service. I can’t trust the work is being done correctly. I’ll do it myself.
