Prompt service, my only complaint is i have called about getting my yard aerated and never heard anything back. I feel I should only have had to make one call on this.
Rich Buzo has done a great job with my lawn. It is looking better than it has looked for the past 10 years. He also leaves detailed notes about what he has done and what I need to do to keep the lawn looking good.

He takes his time and is very methodical and thorough when a[[lying treatment materials. he also takes the time to talk with us both before and after the service to ensure that we understand what we must do to maintain our lawn. Seem to be concerned about condition of my lawn. I have advised that with two oak trees in front, it will be very difficult to grow lush St. augustine grass. Aeration and plugs have done little. Just want to maintain some grass to prevent erosion of soil and make front yard have some curl appeal.

We had Michael Harden Branch# 5767 come out yesterday afternoon while we were home (after 5 p.m.) and talk about the lawn and found out we have Bermuda grass and not Bahia and we have no idea how that happened but we discussed how to strengthen the lawn and get rid of the other types of grass and get our grass looking thick and beautiful This is the first time I have had such a pleasant individual come out and discuss what was wrong and help us to understand what it is and how True Green could help. We had Scott come out last month and that guy wanted nothing to do but SELL us more and more stuff and did not even listen to me and help me out. Told me he would send another tech out to look at the lawn and I had to call 3 weeks later and still did not get someone out then. I do not like that he did that and was ready to call and cancel. I need help and that is why I called True Green to help us out with our lawn. I would like to request Michael Harden as our primary tech for our lawn from now on. I want to know how I can do that and would ask that I never see Scott at my house ever again! Thank you Name removed Phone number removed
