Met Christopher Smith for first time today. Friendly, knowledgeable. Said he was just assigned the So Tampa route. Did an excellent job. WOULD BE REALLY BE GREAT IF YOU WOULD LET CHRISTOPHER REMAIN ON THIS ROUTE. While you might argue that any of your tech are well trained - having the same tech all the time (unless unable) would provide more continuity and all Christopher to become more familiar with his steady customers. Appreciate your effort in this regards. Name removed
We have been using Tru-Green as our lawn care specialists since purchasing our home in 2014. At that time, our lawn was the worst on the block of very nice homes with well cared for lawns. It is now the best thanks to Tru-Green's regular service and attention. One neighbor recently began using Tru-Green after they saw how our lawn had improved with regular care.
Dennis (Branch 5767) is my regular service provider and he always takes time to talk to me about any concerns I have with our lawn. Last year, we had some infestation in the back yard that killed some patches of the lawn. Dennis brought me a tray of plugs with which I was able to repair the dead spots. You don't often see the level of customer service I get from Dennis and Tru-Green.
I like Tom, who services our yard. He goes out of his way for us and is very attentive to our needs.
