Always watching out for me
This is to rate my service call on Friday, 25 June. Chris Castano is my TruGreen specialist. I received a text at 8:51 AM that Chris would be at my location soon. At 1:14 PM I received a text that Chris just arrived at my house. I missed seeing that text, however, so I was not made aware that he was at my house. I did see the next test which arrived at 5:53 PM which said my lawn service was complete. I went outside and found the Service Summary stuffed in a slot beneath my mailbox. My mailbox is at the curbside about 100 feet from my front door. The summary showed service was completed at 1:26 PM. Is it possible to service 17,000 square feet of lawn in 12 minutes. My main disappointment was not being able to communicate with Chris about my service. His arrival text stated that his goal was to ensure my satisfaction and would be available to discuss any questions. Why was the Service Summary not placed as a door hanger, and why didn't Chris ring the doorbell? Why were the times of the text messages so spread out? Here are my expectations for the next visit. When Chris arrives onsite, please ring the doorbell. I will come outside. When service is complete, please ring the doorbell again to discuss Chris's thoughts on the lawn's condition. Thank you for allowing feedback on service calls. My goal is the same as yours, i.e., a great looking lawn.

The first several experiences that I received from TruGreen were not ideal, however, after sharing my concern with the customer service department, I eventually received an email/ phone call from the Commercial Manager (Jose Rivera) who took the time out of his day in order to meet me at my house so we can walk the property together to show everything that has concerned me. Long story short, we came to an agreement along with other options that he suggested at no additional cost. I previous provided a bad review, but knowing the importance of positive reviews, I wanted to take a moment to share my new experience. I am currently very please and look forward to growing business with each other.
Mr. Crumb treated my grass and left a detailed report of what was done which is appreciated.
In the beginning, we had so many weeds in our grass and after 3 or so months, I could see a drastic change in the amount of weeds that are growing. I highly recommend TruGreens weed service for lawns. There is no way that we could pull them all and the over the counter weed control products just do not touch most of them.

I have only had a couple of visits since Truegreen took over my account. The first visit no documentation was left explaining service. The second visit, technician was contacted and explained the service.

I like that you can check the progress of service on line and that you receive an update on what the tech observes or reccomend s ater each visit. I like the way my lawn, shrubs and trees look. The techs I have met are congenial and professional.
