I am looking to rate the specialist Sean McFall. He had taken care of all my needs but recently stopped doing so and has been sorely missed. Yesterday he once again appeared and I was delighted to see him. We went over the areas of concern I have been experiencing since his departure and he address each and every one. He offered and applied a granular fertilizer to deepen the green color of the lawn which terribly needs it, applied a cinch bug application as well as weed control and normal fertilization. I was very pleased to see Sean once again and asked if he would be coming back more often. Sadly he replied that he would not.
I really miss his individual attention and careing of my lawn. Only he has offered sugestions and individual treatments to get my lawn back. There has been a marked difference in the appearance of my lawn since his departure and I would welcome his return to the neighborhood where TruGreen has other clients being serviced.
My specialist for the last two calls, Sean McFall, was the best I've ever dealt with. He was thorough, explained weed control better than any other specialist that has been here. I felt that he really knew what he was doing, did it in the best possible way, and truly cared about my lawn. He answered all my questions in a respectful, businesslike manner and thanked me for my time.
I would like Sean to be the only specialist that takes care of my lawn, if at all possible.

I missed posting my initial service and would like to spotlight Antonio Deleon and Mike Bianci for there concerned efforts to make my new lawn bug free and green. Better looking than all other homes on the block is always a plus to strive for.
