Hello, I've had an ongoing problem with a Royal Palm Tree that TruGreen had replaced for me. The tree did not look like a Royal Palm and I was trying to ascertain why it did not look like the tree that was replaced. This went on for several weeks because the TruGreen serviceman verified that it was a Royal Palm but I was not home when he did. Two of your Employees, Michael Merendino and Daniel Levesque personally came to my residence and educated me on Royal Palms and how they appear different when they are younger. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but I truly appreciate the time these gentlemen took to go that extra mile.
