I never have to worry about things or remember to go out and buy anything, they just show up and do the work. I walk my dog three times a day and pay attention to my neighbors yards and mine is the most weed free lawn in the neighborhood.
I also like the printout with seasonal advice on what I should be doing to make the lawn look as good as possible.
It really comes down to the technician and Rick is the best. Don't ever change him or let him go somewhere else. He takes great care of his customers and very personal without feeling he is trying to up sell you.
Justin is very helpful and will get an answer if he doesn't know.

Rick, branch # 5409 does a great job. He seems to take a lot of pride in his work. He communicates what he is doing and makes suggestions on what we can do. He sprayed for bugs. We have had so many spider webs in the bushes and around the house.
Quality of products applied. Knowledgeable and friendly specialist.
