We have been with True green for about 25 years and the Technician that we had last year and this year is by far the best we have ever had. His name is Rick ( I am not sure what his last name is) and he is great. He is knowledgeable, friendly and a great representative of your company. He takes care of you like you are family. I think we where one of the few on our street that where using Trugeen and because of his great work and nature there are a few others around our home that he is currently working with. In fact, I saw him just a few minutes ago across the street working on a neighbors home (Who had been using another company) and we both waved at each other like we had been friends for years. I have really only talked with him a couple of times but he just a good person and knows how to take care of his customers without being pushy trying to upsell. That is a gift. You should use him as part of your training new technicians. Please Please do not change his area. I would recommend your services because the product is good and our lawn has always done well but Rick would be the reason I would never change if another company came knocking.

Quick and thorough
My specialist is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining my service as well as answering any questions. Christopher L. is very friendly, prompt and extremely professional. I am very pleased with his work and kindness.
Jeff was very polite and personable. He also seemed very thorough with his application. I hope he continues to be my service specialist.
I would, however, feel more comfortable if he wore a protective air mask, even if it is against company policy. I have learned these chemicals are not completely harmless, and I would have more respect for a company who attempted to protect its employees.

The technician is on time for scheduled appointments and when weather made it impossible to continue, they rescheduled for the next day. I haven't been able to beat the cost and care shown by our technician.
Rick Smith and Hayden (assistant) took very good care of my lawn. Rick has been my service technician for two years and keeping a consistent TruGreen service representative has proven to be very beneficial. In years past (over 30) I have had 2-4 technicians during a season and that has proven to be a detriment due to the lack of consistency and explaining the nuances of my lawn and its history. He also notes differences between treatments and how to improve my pwn lawn care!
