The sale consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable. She offered some advice on the spot - even before I signed-up for the program. I love how the TruGreen Specialist comes onsite without you having to be present. They do their thing and leave clear indications they were onsite along with details about what step in the process they have completed. My lawn is back to life after 3 treatments. I am so relieved, as I truly thought I had reached out to TruGreen too late. It's healthy, gorgeous and great under our feet. I get so many compliments. It looks as good as it did when I moved in a few years ago. I could not have done this myself. Thank you so much!

1) They work. The lawn is free of weeds. I was able to keep the lawn green before your service but it was a struggle to keep out the weeds.

2) The service personnel are polite and efficient and do not disturb the property.

The gentleman who came to our home sprayed my three evergreen trees that I have in pots. I thought that was very considerate of him since it only took a quick spritz to do so. The other person who showed up before him told us that he could only spray bushes and trees that were planted in the ground.

We did not ask for this special service, yet the gentleman felt it necessary to give those plants a helping hand with his spray.

Going the extra mile to please a customer will keep us using your service indefinitely.

You keep the weeds down

the last visit (2 weeks ago) I had seen little green worms eating my new little garden, your tech just happened to be visiting that day for my trees... I told him and ask him if he could spray my garden for the critters and he did. If I need an extra visit or different spray other than what he came for, they will do what ever you have a need for. They are excellent!!!
