I am pleased with the actual technicians who do the applications on our lawns. I have found the scheduling staff and procedures with a few actual persons to be unacceptable with regard to follow-through whereby there is no mix-up from scheduling to the actual service work. I have found such to be unfortunate for the technicians who are at the mercy of the schedulers.

Also, I have had the unfortunate experience of one or more of the schedulers speak to me in a most condescending manner.

I don’t have weeds

I have a 3/4 acre lot and the 1st application took care of 90%. I called 3 weeks later for them to come out again to get rid of the remainder and they scheduled it within days and took care of it.
Looks good now.
