I like my service tech Robert very much, he was professional & kind. Robert contacted me by phone & email to let me know he was coming, that was important to me because a few years ago when I had Trugreen they wouldn't try to even contact me to let me know they were coming no matter how many times I asked. My yard is already looking better after 1 application. There are quite a few dead looking spots so I hope Robert comes back before a whole month goes by to help my lawn. Thank you Robert !
The techs that service my lawn are terrific. They are knowledgeable and I find communication with them useful and constructive.
I had a scheduled service in May and no one came. I tried calling but had to wait over 4 hours, so I left my number and no one ever called me back. Service with company is difficult and frustrating.
I was unable to get a local number with a local person for assistance. This needs improvement.
So what happens with no service in May, even though I received a call that a tech was to service my lawn at the end of May.
I realize that we are in difficult times with dealing with the constraints that the pandemic created, I just want the ability to communicate with someone!
