He was very quick in making crucial adjustments that just took minutes to make. He identified some issues before he even came to the door. I am glad Frank is my specialist. I recognized him as my tree service specialist from last year. Take good care of him. Frank is a great asset to your TruGreen Team. I hope to see him 4 times per year. As long as you have Frank, I will stay with TruGreen.

Honestly I was very disappointed in the irrigation service we had been receiving until your service technician Frank showed up yesterday.
He was knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, explaining all the problems with the system he encountered and fixing three big problems we have been having since we signed up for your service.
I don't recall the name of the former tech sent to preform our service but he never worked at all to help fix any of our problems.
I can't express enough how truly happy we are that Frank really showed interest in helping and solving our problems.
Frank is a great asset to your company!

Frank Z. did a great job! Was very friendly and went the extra mile to help clean the sprinkler heads. He also gave me some excellent advice on maintenance and system controls.
The only reason I gave a 9 is that your scheduling system isn't great. I've had a lot of trouble getting things set up and I feel like your team's time is wasted with unnecessary trips.
Ex:
In spring, I called to reschedule my sprinkler start up. Told them I could not do Mondays or Fridays for the foreseeable future. They they went and scheduled a Friday visit anyway (I was out of the country so did not get the message in time).
Then they scheduled someone to come out July 5th. I didn't get a voicemail, so the first I knew of the visit was when the tech call at 7:00 a.m. I was in California at the time, so there was nothing I could do there either.
Suggestions:
Schedule visits with more lead time (at least a week in advance)
Call, text and alert the app - I feel like I'm signed up, but only get the app alerts.

My lawn looks very healthy and I always know when my lawn has been serviced.
I get very tired of all the notices promoting mosquito protection. My residence has the Cottonwood Ditch running through it and there is always water standing in it. Unfortunately, you will not spray the ditch, only the lawn.
Provides education on what is to be done and provides recommendations.

I have used True Green for any years. They let me know in advance when they will be coming out. They have also come out and performed extra services when I have called them.
The TruGreen person called before he came which I appreciated and did what needed to be done at approximately the time he said he would be at my residence.
