Always give a warning when services will be preformed.
I do like the overall service. But the weed killer doesn’t seem to be Very effective. I have noticed that some technicians don’t pay attention to the areas with more weed.

I've been using TruGreen for years. Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent job you do along with a thank you to Darrell Erickson who alerted us to our yellowing maple tree & lack of Iron. We got the treatment done & now our Maple tree is back to looking green. I just want to say Darrell does a great job & our yard & now tree (thanks to Darrell) look great! Thank you TruGreen!!

Received a Lawn Treatment today while I was not home. I read the summary Service Notification on my phone and it was very pleased with Robert McMillen's report. He recognized issues and recommended solutions. He serviced my yard with Revive to help absorb moisture that my lawn is in dyer need of. I have very poor soil which causes the "Oddly Dry" spots that Robert spoke of. I'm hoping this treatment works and waiting for aeration to even get a better growth in these bad areas. Thank you for coming out on Friday after the lawn was cut yesterday.

Darrell has been servicing my lawn for a number of years now so he is very familiar with it (and my doggie and bunny situation!). He suggests things that I might try for even a richer lawn next year (in certain spots).
