We have had very good results from our lawn care with TruGreen so far this year. We came very close to not renewing our contract for the 2017 year. We also are so happy with the good thoughts and comments that Zandria Booth has given us. We feel that she is very knowledgeable and really cares about our lawn and its needs.

We also like the fact that we have been able to see her and have a short conversation each time she has come this year.

The lawn looks great. What I don't like is that I can never talk to the human being that comes to my yard. You have a note on the receipt to contact them but the number is the main number and you can never actually communicate with the person who comes to do the yard. I often do have questions but I am never able to ask the question to the appropriate person and so the questions never get answered. We work and we are not home when the person comes. It is not helpful talking to the 800 number when I have specific questions about my yard

Tru Green does exactly what they say. They saved my lawn that was nearly dead.

You guys really know your stuff. You brought my lawn back from the point of no return. You said it would take a couple years to see a complete turn around and you were right. The fact that you came between regular applications to tackle the various weed uprising at no additional charge was a plus in my book. I very much appreciate your professionalism.

This is my first experience talking to the lady from TruGreen (changed from Scotts) and I was very impressed. I left TruGreen about 10 years ago and went with Scotts because TruGreen told me they were unwilling to notify me in advance of applications (I do 45 day intervals) and would not let me control my applications "because it was inconvenient for them". Now I find that I can set a preferred schedule in advance so things have changed dramatically. The lady told me she would be my regular person to service my lawn and about the flexibility and other items that were important to me. I was skeptical when I first heard about the change and now I am completely sold. Thank you for improving your service.

I like my lawn service person. She is good

I like that you had made my lawn look good. It used to have a lot of weeds, etc in it. Now it is usually great. It does tend to look a little worse towards end of summer. It seems like it always get some kind of a fungus or something like it.
One thing I do have a problem with is when you do two different applications of something without letting me know. I am on social security and sometimes it is hard to come up with over a hundred dollars at one time.

Zany (spelling) is wonderful snd if it wasnt for here I would have moved on.

Last summer my lawn was the greenest it's ever been. It got better I believe when Scotts merged with Tru Green. I had them come every 6 weeks (not 4) and it couldn't believe how good my lawn looked. I'm hoping for the same this year.

I think it all comes down to the technician doing the job. I have had Topher twice and he does an excellent job. I have had other people in the past that were not that good which resulted in complaints from me.

We like that we get a call the day before you come. Also, the people that come out listen and understand our concerns. Our yard is looking good compared to the past springs with other company we used. Now and green.

FOR THE MOST PART, IT IS DEPENDABLE.

Issac is the best, so glad that he has serviced my property his entire tenure with TruGreen. He even offered advise on how to save a tree that had been severely damaged by a spring winter snow storm.

You come when you say you will, do what you say you you will, and my lawn looks very good.

I love how respectful and knowledgeable the techs are. They really know what they are talking about and can answer all my questions. They take the time to listen to me about my concerns, and I really appreciate it. They also don't over apply the treatments, and my plants love that.
