Dallin Rigby was out today for an application of fertilizer for our lawn. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to and appeared to be truly interested in our place. This is unlike some of the other specialists that have been to our place over the years. I ask some questions about so of the shrubs that we have some concerns about and he admitted that he didn't know a lot about them but he would find out and get back with the information that he received. True to his word, he called back and hooked us up with a shrub specialist and we got out questions answered. I am really impressed with this guy and we want him back as our regular guy. I think that he really cares about his customers. I am pretty sure that you can arrange for him to be our specialist. If not please let us know as this will not make us happy.

However, they sometimes leave my gate open where I have a dog. Luckily she stays close by and doesn't excape.

Advance notice before scheduled lawn service is done, pending weather. A written report is left to follow up on the service provided.

I like the people who come to care for the lawn. If I ask questions when I go out to talk
to them, they always answer my questions. The lawn looks good, but I do have a patch
of crabgrass that doesn't go away and gives me problems. Nothing your people do seems
to solve that issue.

My lawn was fertilized in early March. At first I thought it was crazy to do it with snow still in neighbors yards. Two weeks later, I am the proud owner of the greenest yard in the neighborhood. Its time for my first mowing! Thank you Trugreen for giving me the best looking lawn in the neighborhood.
