Our tech took the time to mark where a bird nest was hiding in the rocks/grass on our property…this is awesome. I’ve canceled Senske because of this gesture of kindness and effort to protect and preserve lives of birds all while exterminating mosquitoes.

What do you like about our services?

I love not having to worry about whether or not we are scheduled, The technician simply comes and takes care of the job. I think I would like to have an email arrive in advance of the technician. I often have issues moving around, and if I knew when he was coming, I coluld watch at that time and express my gratitude personally!

I like being called on the phone telling me what day the Tru-Greenm technician will visit my yard.

I like the technicians who take care of my yard. They will take time to visit for a few minutes and do favors if needed.

I really like the written explanation of what the technician applied to my lawn and if I'm not at home the signs put up that the technician has been here/.
